Do you have a return policy ?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to return an item ?

  • Damaged product or Wrong item received

Please Log in to your account and locate the order and select the product you want to Return. Select the Reason and click *Request Return*
within 24 hours you will get an update on the request.
if it is approved you will get a Gift card worth exactly for the amount of the product you returned. You can use it immediately to make a new purchase.

If you require Cash refund please Click Here and submit your order and bank details. (processing time for the Cash refund is 7-10 working days)

  • Mistakenly ordered a wrong Product
If you had mistakenly ordered a wrong product and need to return it and get back a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the waybill provided with the package of the item.

To start a return, simply log into your account on via the same email used to place the order. under my orders select the order and product which needs to be returned, Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address : SSC - Shopila Sorting Center, 3rd Floor, No 75, Hill St, Dehiwala-Mount Lavinia 10350, Sri Lanka. 
After receiving the  product at our location it will go through a QC process to check the eligibility for the full refund and you will be notified via email and WhatsApp accordingly. This process will take 7-10 working days.
